HASCOM offers an efficient service to the legal profession, providing non–medical expert personal injury reports and opinions. We offer more than just expert reports. We will discuss cases initially by telephone, at no charge. All we ask is that you bear us in mind when you need a report. We offer a free telephone helpline service and a regular Newsletter to legal organisations which register with us. One of Britain’s best technical libraries is at your disposal, plus your own researcher. If we can help in a particular case – or if the case has no merit – we'll tell you when you call, not months later. We have over twenty–five years of experience in expert opinion work; it has taught us angles and wrinkles which may be of assistance.
We give unbiased opinions. Importantly, our views do not depend upon who pays our fees. We work for both claimants and defendants internationally, and are fully conversant with the Civil Procedure Rules. We also accept joint instructions If we can’t provide an opinion for you because we do not have our own expert, provided the subject is in our field then we offer to find an expert for your case at no charge to you. (Please note, though, we do not arrange for medical opinions). We provide a firm "not to exceed" quotation for our Reports upon request.
During inspections (where these are necessary) we keep a full photographic record on request, including use of video where necessary to show motion (as in repetitive strain injury cases).
